Living Deliciously

Although traveling is a long standing passion of mine, there are definitely luxuries I miss from back home.  One of these luxuries is another passion of mine - my kitchen.  I absolutely love cooking. Whether it be experimenting with new recipes, perfecting classics or personal favorites, taking cooking classes, baking cookies for or with friends, or simply sampling a new item discovered at the local market, the kitchen holds many of my most treasured memories with friends and family.

During my travels, I have found joy in seeing that the enjoyment of food and laughter shared between family and friends is one of the simple pleasures that connects us all, regardless of age, race, religion, or nationality.

With this page, I hope to keep notes on my favorite dishes sampled throughout my travels.  Whenever I find myself experimenting in a kitchen again, I hope I will be able to begin crafting my own versions of the delicious meals, snacks, and dishes I've met along the way.
